Earthfound Expressions is an artist-led creative practice founded by mixed-media artist and Therapeutic Arts Coach Caroline Hanna.
Hi, I’m Caroline.
I’m a mixed-media artist, creative educator and Therapeutic Arts Coach who believes creativity doesn’t require us to already know the answer. My work explores what can happen when we slow down, become curious and give ourselves permission to follow a line, layer a piece of paper, make a mark or simply notice what emerges. Earthfound Expressions grew from that same way of creating—a desire to make spaces where people can explore, connect and create without needing to perform or make something perfect.

ART — Making gives us somewhere to explore.
AWARENESS — We practice noticing without needing to immediately interpret.
CHOICE — There is no single right way to create or participate.
CONNECTION — Creativity can give us another way to experience ourselves, one another and the world around us.
Earthfound experiences are facilitated through curiosity rather than interpretation. I offer prompts, materials, questions and space for discovery while honoring each person’s own creative process.
The art isn’t something to decode. It’s something to experience.
